STRIKING DISTANCE OPENS NEW FLAGSHIP STUDIO HEADQUARTERS

Striking Distance Studios officially moved into brand-new, state of the art facilities in the Bishop Ranch area of San Ramon, CA. The studio will be home to over 100 team members crafting a narrative experience in the PUBG universe. It includes one of the Bay Area's only onsite motion capture studios, a luxury dailies room, and the nerve center of any development studio: a fully stocked kitchen. The studio is conveniently located in the heart of Bishop Ranch, near a variety of food, shopping, and entertainment options.

In an interview with Diablo Magazine, studio founder and CEO Glen Schofield spoke about establishing a AAA game studio in the Tri-Valley area. "It’s a great [area] for bringing up families, and that’s been a big selling point," says Schofield, who has lived in San Ramon for 14 years with his wife and three kids. "We’re building a home for a lot of creative people out here in the East Bay."
